Spend a day learning the fundamentals of French pastry in this fully hands-on workshop. Together we’ll make: - Chocolate Quatre-Quarts – A light yet rich chocolate twist on the classic Breton pound cake - Galettes (Sweet & Savory) – Rustic free-form tarts, one filled with mushrooms, cheese, and spinach, and one with seasonal fruit - Pâte Sucrée Fruit Tart – A tender French sweet tart shell, filled with pastry cream and topped with fresh, seasonal fruit This one-day workshop blends cake-making, pastry dough techniques, and elegant tart assembly. You’ll leave with a chocolate quatre-quarts, two galettes, and a seasonal fruit tart—all made by you, ready to share with loved ones.
