With a decade of experience as a pastry chef, baker, and cake decorator, Mahbod has worked with bakeries and pastry shops across many styles of cuisine—from classic French patisserie to Persian sweets and modern American cakes. Along the way, he mastered a wide range of techniques, but what truly drives him is sharing that knowledge with others. Through Lavish Baking Academy, Mahbod combines professional expertise with a welcoming, hands-on approach. He believes that baking should feel approachable and fun, and that anyone can do it with the right guidance. His goal is to bring the community together, help students gain confidence in the kitchen, and show that creating something beautiful and delicious from scratch is within everyone’s reach.
