In this hands-on class, you’ll create a classic Bibi Cake—a light, airy chocolate cake with a deep, rich flavor from premium Valrhona Dutch-processed cocoa powder. You’ll partner up with another baker and share a mixer, learning not only baking, decorating, and piping techniques, but also how to work together in the kitchen. At the end of class, you’ll head home with your own 6-inch cake to share with loved ones (and proudly show off your new skills!).
